Completed or commenced work
Once a service has begun, or documents have been submitted to a government agency, fees are non-refundable, as work has been carried out and costs incurred on your behalf.
Government & statutory fees
Fees paid to third parties (such as the CAC, NEPC or FIRS) are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you cancel before any work begins, we may refund your service fee less any administrative costs, at our discretion.
Service issues / guarantee
If we are unable to deliver a service due to our own fault, we will offer re-processing or an appropriate refund of the service fee.
