Fees
Service fees are communicated before work begins and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Government and statutory fees are separate from our service fees.
Timelines
We work diligently to meet stated timelines. However, processing times for third parties such as the CAC, NEPC, FIRS and the Trademarks Registry are outside our control and may vary.
Client responsibility
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and documents promptly. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not our liability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
